 We are proud be a part of the innovative Alternative Dispute Prevention and Resolution Program agreed upon by the Fresno Police Officers Association and the City of Fresno.

This change to the approach of assisting injured workers has been set in place by the thorough preparation of the Agreement, the dedicated and tireless participation of the Union, the diligence of the third party administrator, AARLA, and the steadfast support of the City of Fresno.  

Ongoing conversations with all participants allows Maria and her team to proactively focus on facilitating expedited and high quality medical care, while minimizing and efficiently resolving disputes. This is a substantial benefit for the injured workers, the FPOA and the City of Fresno.
